Q: Who decides where my vehicle is to be repaired?
A: You do, the owner should choose the repair shop they feel most comfortable with.

Q: Do I need two estimates?
A: No, we have worked with most insurance companies. They will accept my estimate only. In some cases, two estimates will speed up the process. Always remember it is your choice where your vehicle is repaired. Let us work with your insurance.

Q: What are OEM parts?
A: Original Equipment Manufacture Parts, such as: GM parts; Ford parts; Chrysler parts; etc.

Q: What are aftermarket parts?
A: They are new parts that are copies of OEM parts that are close to quality and fit (some parts are better than others). They are also reconditioned OEM parts available:

• re-chromed bumpers
• alloy wheels
• bumper covers

Q: Do I have to accept just OEM parts?
A: Hard question to answer - some insurance policies state that if the vehicle is a certain age, use of these parts is acceptable. In some cases, OEM parts can still be used.
